Invest South Fulton ("ISF") operates this website to help entrepreneurs across South Fulton access business education, technical assistance, capital readiness, and funding opportunities. This policy explains what information we collect, why, and how you can reach us with questions.

What we collect

• Usage data: If analytics are enabled, we collect general usage data (pages visited, time on site, browser and device type) to understand how visitors use this site. No personally identifiable information is captured through analytics.
• Assessment and application submissions (Jotform): Our Business Readiness Assessment, program application, and program registration forms are hosted by Jotform. Information you submit there (name, contact details, business information, and your responses) is collected and processed by Jotform on our behalf, and used by ISF staff to evaluate and support your application.
• Member Portal accounts: If you are an approved ISF participant, advisor, or staff member, your portal login and program data (readiness score, program tier, journey progress, tasks, technical assistance requests) are stored securely and are visible only to you and authorized ISF staff.
• Contact inquiries: If you use the on-page inquiry form or email us directly, we retain that correspondence (name, email, phone, and your message) to respond to you.

Cookies

We use a small number of cookies for analytics purposes only after you accept them via the cookie banner. You can reject non-essential cookies at any time from that banner. Rejecting cookies does not affect your ability to use the Member Portal or submit forms.
