ISF Capital Readiness Program

Our Flagship 7-Week Capital Readiness Program

We don't teach you how to apply for money. We help you build a business that can survive underwriting.

Most business programs stop at education. You sit through the sessions, you learn what a balance sheet is, and nothing about your company changes. Not here. Over seven weeks you work on your actual business — your books, your tax returns, your credit, your bank statements — and you finish holding a complete Capital Ready File that a lender can review.

What You'll Learn
  • Week 1Build the Business

Get the entity, ownership, compliance and banking right — because legitimacy comes before leverage.

  • Week 2Know Your Numbers

Read and explain your own P&L, balance sheet and cash flow. Financial statements are the language of capital.

  • Week 3Financial Credibility

Make your books, your tax returns and your bank statements tell one coherent story.

  • Week 4Credit, Cash Flow & Debt Capacity

Calculate your real DSCR and find out how much debt your business can actually carry.

  • Week 5Design the Capital Request

Build a specific, documented ask with sources and uses, projections and a repayment plan.

  • Week 6Think Like an Underwriter

Sit on a mock loan committee and review real files as the lender. You will never build your own package the same way again.

  • Week 7Build the Capital Package

Assemble your complete Capital Ready File, match to the right lender, and present your five-minute Capital Case.

Includes
  • The Capital Ready Business Handbook
  • The Capital Ready CEO Workbook
  • Seven live cohort sessions with a CPA in the room
  • Individual technical assistance on your actual financials
  • Your digital Capital Ready File
  • Capital Readiness Scorecard
  • Individual 30/60/90-Day Capital Action Plan
  • Certificate of Completion

Frequently Asked Questions

My credit is bad. Is this for me?

Yes — and arguably more so than for someone at 720, because you have the most distance to gain. We build a written credit plan with dates. And ISF capital is designed for exactly the profile banks will not touch yet.

I'm a startup with no revenue. Can I join?

You can, and you should — but be clear-eyed: most banks want two years of operating history. Startups need a different capital path, including microloans, CDFIs, grants, and ISF. Come build the foundation right the first time instead of cleaning it up in year three.

How long until I can actually get funding?

It depends on what is broken. Documents only: 60–90 days. Credit repair: 6–12 months. Tax return positioning: 18–24 months, because you need filed returns showing income. We would rather tell you 18 months and be right than tell you 60 days and waste your year.

What if I finish and I'm not Capital Ready?

Then you leave with a written path instead of a rejection letter, and you can return for re-scoring once the identified items are corrected. Not everyone finishes Green. That is the program working, not failing.

This program is not for everyone.

You will do homework. You will bring your actual tax returns and bank statements. You will have your books reviewed by a CPA and told the truth about what you find. Sessions run seven consecutive weeks and attendance is expected.

If you are looking for a certificate, a motivational seminar, or a list of grants, this is not it. If you are ready to find out exactly why the bank said no and fix it — apply.
